At Sargam S. Racca’s Kids Time, we make movement a happy part of everyday learning. Our Physical Activities sessions include a blend of yoga, aerobics & dance, and indoor/outdoor games — all designed to help children build physical strength, balance, and body awareness. These activities also improve coordination, flexibility, concentration, and the ability to follow instructions — vital for school readiness and overall well-being.
